Our Community Health Wellness Outreach brings registered nurses directly into South African communities to provide free health screenings and education. By detecting high blood pressure, diabetes, and other risks early, we help prevent hospital admissions and empower families to manage health at home. The result: stronger communities where older persons and vulnerable residents can age with dignity and fewer preventable crises.
With 1 in 3 South African adults living with high blood pressure and many unaware of it, our nurse-led outreach takes free health screenings and education into communities.
